We offer translation services in 16 languages, including Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, French, German, and more. Official Document Translation
We offer translation of most official documents (family registers, birth certificates, bank account records, etc.) for a flat rate of ¥6000 (+tax) per document. Documents can usually be ready within 3 business days. Certificates of Translation are included at no extra charge.
Notarization
Adastra can have your translation notarized and sent to you via mail. Because notarization requires preparation of extra documents and the translator needs to physically go to the office of the notary public to have the documents notarized, we charge an extra fee of ¥7,000 (+tax) per notarization (multiple documents OK) + ¥11,000 (no tax) charged by the notary public.
